Special General Election Assembly at St Martha’s School

St Martha’s staged a Special General Election Assembly on the morning of Tuesday May 23rd.

Four candidates from Upper 6th Form, along with their supporters in the Conservative Party, Labour Party, Liberal Democrats and Greens presented their case to the whole school attempting to convince students to vote for them on June 8th!

Each candidate was given 2 minutes to outline their Parties key manifesto policies followed by 30 second final comments at the end of the assembly.

Students listened and warmly received each candidate, but were left with the dilemma of who they will vote for on Polling Day on June 8th!
